Justin Bieber Under Millions in Debt to Former Manager Scooter Braun?

TMZ did a deep investigation into the money issues between Justin Bieber and his former manager, Scooter Braun, and found that Bieber may owe Braun millions of dollars.

After Bieber’s Justice tour ended in 2022, sources said he was “broke.” Bieber reportedly owed the concert promoter AEG $24 million, even though he got $40 million upfront. It’s said he stopped the tour early, which caused the debt.

Scooter Braun’s company, Hybe, agreed to cover Bieber’s debt. Bieber signed a deal promising to pay Hybe back over 10 years. He made one payment but then stopped.

People close to Braun say they were told Bieber had no money. Bieber’s business manager, Lou Taylor, looked into the finances and claimed Braun was paid too much—$26 million more than he should have gotten.

However, Hybe’s internal audit found the opposite: Braun was actually owed $1 million. Braun said he waived that amount, but Bieber’s team believed the audit was unfair and biased toward Hybe.

Hybe hired an independent auditor, and after six months, the report showed Bieber owes Braun about $8.8 million. TMZ said they’ve seen the auditor’s report and confirmed the amount.

Bieber’s team didn’t deny this independent audit but did their own review and have not shared the results.

This money drama comes as fans grow worried about Bieber’s mental health. Recently, he posted cryptic messages on Instagram and shared a viral video at Coachella where he was seen smoking heavily.
