Kate Moss’ ex-partner, Jefferson Hack, has welcomed a baby boy with his wife, model Anna Cleveland. The couple announced the birth of their son, Presley Phoenix Hack, on April 20 via The Times, also mentioning Hack’s daughter, Lila, from his previous relationship with Moss.
Hack and Cleveland tied the knot in 2023 at a glamorous ceremony at Oakley Court in Windsor, after dating for two years. During her pregnancy, Cleveland celebrated turning 36 by sharing a heartfelt Instagram post showing off her baby bump, captioned: “36 years today and 36 weeks pregnant.”
Presley is Hack’s second child. His daughter, Lila Grace Moss Hack, whom he shares with supermodel Kate Moss, was born in 2002. Despite the former couple’s split in 2004, Hack and Lila remain close, with her even attending his wedding to Cleveland.
