In the latest episode of Bye-Bye, Earth called “Mania: Nowhere,” things get intense! Adonis tries to turn Sherry into a zombie, but she fights back using a song that actually pushes him away. Then Belle shows up, smashing all the zombies and standing up to Adonis. While that’s happening, Kitty quickly teleports Sherry to safety. But it’s not over—Sian and Dram manage to trap Belle, and Sian steps up to fight Adonis.
Meanwhile, Sherry confronts Gaff’s forces at the lake, boldly calling out their so-called god as a fake. Adonis and Sian stumble upon the god’s heart and realize something huge: Belle is actually descended from the real gods. Belle manages to break free from the poisonous miasma and mourns Sian’s death before jumping right back into the fight. Adonis doesn’t hold back either—he totally destroys Runding. But just when it looks grim, Belle starts chanting a mysterious spell.
Looking ahead to Season 2, Episode 8, titled “Sacred Song: EREHWON,” we’re likely to see Belle and Adonis’ battle heat up even more. That chant? It might summon a powerful new weapon or unlock some kind of special power that turns the tide. Belle’s new strength will probably overwhelm Adonis, pushing their fight to an epic climax.
Instead of just finishing him off, Belle might hold back to get answers from Adonis about what Dram’s been up to. This episode should also shed some light on Adonis’ true role in the story. Expect the episode to end with Adonis defeated and a sad farewell scene.
