Laura Prepon and Ben Foster’s divorce details have recently been revealed, shedding light on their financial arrangements. According to court documents, Foster’s gross monthly income stands at $70,509.92, significantly higher than Prepon’s reported $22,205.50. As part of their divorce settlement, Foster will be paying child support amounting to $5,500 per month.
The couple, who share two children—a son born in 2020 and a 7-year-old daughter—will have joint custody of the children. However, Prepon will be the primary custodian, with the children spending 227 days with her and 138 days with Foster. The documents also stipulate that the costs of the children’s education and tuition will be split equally between the two.
Foster filed for divorce in November 2024, citing irreconcilable differences, and their divorce was finalized on April 14, 2025. Both parties had previously made accusations against one another in the divorce papers—Prepon accusing Foster of having a drinking problem, and Foster accusing Prepon of improper marital behavior. However, both have denied these allegations.
Additionally, the couple’s property, valued at $4 million, will be sold, with the proceeds split equally. They also agreed on the division of other assets, including private vehicles and companies. Both waived spousal support and alimony, marking the end of their six-year marriage.
