Meghan Trainor just dropped some truth on Instagram, and fans are loving her honesty.

The Made You Look singer, known for her catchy songs and vibrant energy, recently shared a new set of pictures on Instagram with a refreshingly real caption. She started off by expressing how excited and honored she felt after being recognized by Billboard for Women in Music as a Hitmaker—a well-deserved title considering how many chart-topping songs she’s delivered.

But then Meghan took a more personal turn in her caption.

She opened up about how many of the questions she gets these days aren’t even about her music—they’re about her body. And she’s not shying away from addressing that. “No, I don’t look like I did 10 years ago,” she wrote. “I’ve been on a journey to become the healthiest, strongest version of myself—for my kids and for me.”

Meghan then gave her fans a peek into what that journey looked like: working with a dietician, making major lifestyle changes, and teaming up with a trainer to get into a consistent fitness routine. She also mentioned getting some extra help after her second pregnancy, saying, “Yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me out.”

In case you’re not familiar, Mounjaro is a prescription medication that’s sometimes used to help with weight management, especially when paired with healthy eating and exercise.

Meghan, who’s now a mom of two little boys—Riley (4) and Barry (almost 2)—made it clear that all the hard work was worth it. “I feel amazing,” she said. “Here’s to celebrating talent, growth, and the power of putting yourself first.”

Earlier this year in March, Meghan also talked about having undergone breast augmentation, another part of her transformation journey that she said made her feel more confident and comfortable in her body.

Through it all, she’s been open, real, and refreshingly honest about her body image, the pressures of being in the spotlight, and the choices she’s made—not to please others, but to feel good in her own skin.
