Nick Cannon, known for his comedic career and his role as a beloved television personality, is also widely recognized for being the father of 12 children, whom he has with six different women. During an appearance on the We Playin’ Spades podcast, Cannon responded to former NFL player Channing Crowder’s playful suggestion that he should get a vasectomy. While Cannon acknowledged that the suggestion was worth considering, he made it clear that he is not ready to stop having children, stating, “I leave it to the Lord.”

Cannon also shared an interesting detail about his testicles being insured for $10 million, referring to them as “precious cargo.” However, he later regretted the amount, joking that he should have gone for $12 million, as that would have ensured his children were fully covered in the event of his “manhood no longer working.”

In a 2023 interview on The Language of Love with Dr. Laura Berman, Cannon admitted that while he loves all his children deeply, “the majority of them were not planned.” Cannon’s large family includes his children with Mariah Carey (Moroccan and Monroe), Brittany Bell (Golden and Powerful Queen), DJ Abby De La Rosa (Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir), and others, including the late Zen, who tragically passed away at just five months old. His other children include Legendary Love, Onyx Ice Cole, Rise Messiah, Beautiful Zeppelin, and Halo Marie.

Despite his unconventional family dynamics, Cannon has remained committed to his role as a father and expressed a deep love for all of his children.
