Mike Fried, CEO of The Diamond Pro, suggested that the two-stone design likely symbolizes the merging of “two souls becoming one,” representing the deep connection between Patrick and Abby. He noted that this choice of a two-stone ring, rather than a traditional single stone or three-stone design, sets it apart and signifies Champion’s individuality and willingness to deviate from the norm.
The ring’s setting also holds significance. It boasts a bezel setting, providing a modern aesthetic and offering extra protection to the diamonds. Fried estimated the diamonds to be around 3 carats and 2.5 carats each, with a combined value of approximately $175,000, emphasizing the ring’s luxurious and valuable nature.
