Steve Kornacki is back at his big board, but this time it wasn’t for politics. Harry Styles asked him to reveal the dates and locations for his upcoming Together, Together tour. Kornacki shared the news in a funny mock news video on Styles’ YouTube page on January 22.
In the video, Kornacki acted like he was reporting election results. He said there had been a lot of chatter about Styles’ tour and that a picture was starting to come into focus. He explained that the tour would be massive, lasting a year with 50 shows across seven cities around the world.
Kornacki went through the stops. Styles will begin the tour in Amsterdam in May and move to London in June. In July and August, he will perform in São Paulo and Mexico City. Then he will start a 30-show residency at Madison Square Garden in New York City in late August. The tour will wrap up with shows in Melbourne and Sydney in November and December. Kornacki described it as a global event covering two hemispheres over seven months.
This isn’t the first big change for Kornacki. He left MSNBC in April 2025, before the network split from Comcast and relaunched as MS Now later that year. Ali Velshi took over his election-night big board duties. Kornacki still appears on NBC programs like Meet the Press, Today, and NBC Nightly News and contributes to NBC Sports.
Kornacki also shared how the collaboration with Styles happened. The singer’s team reached out because the tour is more complex than a usual one, with long residencies in New York and London. They wanted Kornacki to explain it in his big board style.
After the announcement, Styles personally thanked Kornacki. On January 23, Kornacki said he got a text from Styles’ manager while at a St. John’s basketball game at MSG, asking him to take a call. Styles called to show his appreciation. Kornacki noted that Styles had a banner at MSG for all his past shows and joked that he should have shown it during the call.
Styles’ new album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, will be released on March 6.
