A tense situation unfolded at actor Scott Wolf’s home in Park City, Utah, on the night of June 27. Someone made a 911 call from the Party of Five star’s house, telling police they were worried that an “estranged wife” might show up and cause trouble.

The caller, who hasn’t been identified publicly, told the Summit County Sheriff’s Office that he had a restraining order against his ex and had heard through friends that she might appear at the home that night to “make a scene.” He said he had just returned from a trip with his three children, and he believed the woman knew their exact flight and arrival details.

While the call didn’t directly name anyone, reports from Page Six and court documents make it clear that this was likely related to the ongoing divorce between Scott Wolf, 57, and his wife, Kelley Wolf, 48. The two were married for 21 years before announcing their split, and things have turned messy fast.

Just two days before the call, Scott had been granted a temporary restraining order against Kelley. The court also gave him full physical and legal custody of their three children: Jackson (16), Miller (12), and Lucy (11). In legal documents, Scott claimed Kelley had been showing increasingly troubling behaviour that he believed could seriously harm their kids.

After their split went public, Kelley was detained by police and taken to the hospital for a mental health evaluation, also known as an “involuntary hold.” This came after she accused Scott of abusing her. She later said she was placed under another hold and claimed that she had been mistreated by the police during the process. She even shared photos of bruises and accused the officers of using excessive force.

Police responded quickly to the 911 call at around 11:46 p.m. and stayed at the house for about 15 minutes. No one was arrested that night. However, the drama didn’t stop there. Eventually, the restraining order was dropped after Kelley posted those photos, and both sides agreed to some temporary arrangements involving child custody, money, and communication boundaries.

This situation is still developing and it’s clear that tensions remain high. Although the legal order has been lifted for now, the history of conflict between Scott and Kelley is very much ongoing, and both the courts and the public are keeping a close eye on what happens next.
