The men in blue are all set to make a massive comeback and honour all the international series that were cancelled due to COVID-19. The Indian team is currently touring Australia after playing the IPL 2020 in UAE. The team will return in January and will host England for a two-month-long series consisting of four tests, four ODI’s and four T20’s.
The IPL 2021 is all set to be played from March to May. It is believed that this year IPL is going have a mega auction which means there will be a reshuffle.
India will tour Sri Lanka post the IPL in June and play a three-match ODI series, five-match T20’s. Post the series the team will be all ready to defend their Asia Cup that will be played in the island nation, the host of the cup.
India will later tour England in July for a tough five-match test series that will last two months. This series will be a part of the World Test Championship.
Kohli and company will in host South Africa in October for a three ODI’s and five T20’s which will help the side prepare for the ICC T20 World Cup 2021.
The Indian team will then gear up for the World Cup that will take place in India from October to November. being at home, the side will have some advantage and will look forward to clinching their second title.
The team will then see the Kiwis on the home turf to play two tests and three T20’s that begin in November and will go on till the mid of December.
Finally, towards the end of the year, the company will travel to South Africa for another New Year away from home to play 3 tests and T20’s for the country.
