Natarajan becomes the first Indian Net bowler to make debut in three International Formats on same tour

The 29 year old Tamil Nadu player Thangarasu Natarajan who came to Australia as a net bowler has became the first Indian cricketer to make international debut across all three formats in the same tour.

Natarajan made his international debut in third ODI against Australia in Canberra on December 2. He made an immediate impact by taking two wickets for 70 runs from his 10 overs, he also played his part in India’s 2-1 series win in the following three match T20 International by taking six wickets in the series.

The left handed pacer came into fame via IPL , that took place in UAE just before Australia tour. In UAE he was the second highest wicket taker.

The ICC tweeted, that “Welcome to test cricket… Thangarasu Natarajan becomes the first Indian player to make his international debut across the all three formats during the same tour.”
