In 409 T20 matches Gayle has now hit 1001 sixes in the shortest format of the game, very well living up to his reputation of the Universe Boss.

Over the years Pollard has never failed to entertain in the shortest format especially in the IPL with Mumbai Indians. He has won numerous T20 tournaments with franchises all over the world and is one of the most successful T20 players of all time. He has hit 690 sixes in 524 T20 matches so far.
  3. Brendon McCullum- The wicket-keeper batsman from New-Zealand is certainly a living legend of the game. McCullum has shown his talents across all 3 formats of the game and has also led his nation successfully. He lit the stage of IPL in the very first season back in 2008 scoring an unbeaten 158 runs in his very first match for KKR. In 370 matches he has played prior to retirement, he has hit 485 sixes.
  4. Shane Watson- Considered as one of the greatest all-rounders from Australia, Shane Watson has been a consistent performer in T20 cricket every calendar year. He has proved himself in all 3 formats of the game. He has played 343 T20 matches and has hit 467 sixes in his career so far, and would certainly hope to catch the Kiwi above him before he retires.
  5. Andre Russell- The third West Indian on the list, Andre Russell has been a fan favourite every time he takes to the field with the bat. The Jamaican is an exceptional all-rounder and is one of the specialists of the T20 game. He has the reputation to be able to muscle the ball over the boundary from the very first delivery he faces. He has hit 447 sixes in 339 T20 matches he has played so far in his career.
