Vijay made his debut on big screen as a lead in 1992 Naalaiya Theerpu, which was directed by his father SA Chandrasekhar. He gave his first hit in 1994 with the film Rasigan. 4. Theri: This 2016 film has been rated 7.1/10 on IMDB. The film explores relationship between a father and daughter and captures it beautifully. Chemistry between Vijay as father and Nainika as daughter is a treat to watch. Vijay was spotted in 3 different looks in the film and his energy at different point in time in the film is something which stands out.

5. Nan Ban: Usually Hindi film adapts stories or remakes a film from South Film Industries, but ‘Nan Ban’ is an official Tamil remake of the blockbuster ’3 idiots’. Though we all have seen the original hindi film, ‘Nan Ban’ still doesn’t disappoint us in any way.
