Addressing the envoys, Xi welcomed them to assume their new posts in China, and asked them to convey his best wishes to the leaders and peoples of their respective countries. Looking ahead, Xi said the proposed 15th Five-Year Plan will serve as the blueprint for China\u2019s economic and social development over the next five years, creating expanding opportunities not only for China but for the wider world.
