Xiaomi has been launching smartphones under different sub-brands such as Poco and Mi. The brands have grown to create their own space in the industry of tech. Since both the brands are owned by single company, we wonder what makes them different from one another?

We have analyzed both Xiaomi Poco C50 and Xiaomi Mi 11i to learn about their specifications in detail.



Poco C50 has dimensions of 164.9 x 76.8 x 9.1 mm that weighs 192 grams and supports dual Nano-SIM. The phone is dust and splash resistant.

Mi 11i is of almost same dimensions 163.7 x 76.4 x 7.8 mm that weighs 196 grams. It also supports dual Nano-SIM and is IP53 dust and splash resistant.


Poco C50 has IPS LCD technology for display with 400 nits of brightness. The size of display is 6.52 inches with 81% screen-to-body ratio. The resolution is 720 x 1600 pixels.

Mi 11i has super AMOLED display of 120 Hz refreshing speed and brightness ranging from 900 nits to 1300 nits. The size of display of 6.67 inches with 85.9% screen-to-body ratio. The resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels with protection of corning gorilla glass 5.


Poco C50 has Android 12 operating system. The chipset is Mediatek MT6761 and CPU Quad-core 2.0 GHz.

Mi 11i has operating system of Android 11 with chipset of Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 5G. It has octa-core (1×2.84 GHz).


Poco C50 has internal storage of 32 GB with RAM of 2 GB and 3 GB. The phone allows expanding the storage as it provides dedicated slot for micro SDXC.

Mi 11i has internal storage of 128 GB and 256 GB with 8 GB RAM. It do not allow increasing the storage space.


Poco C50 has two main camera modules – 8 MP f/2.0 (wide) and 0.08 MP (depth) – with dual-LED flash and HDR feature. The selfie camera is 5 MP f/2.0. The video quality for both cameras is 1080 pixels @ 30 frames per second (fps).

Poco C50 has lithium polymer battery of 5000 mAh. The non-removable battery can be charged with 10W charging.

Mi 11i has lithium polymer battery of 4250 mAh. The non-removable battery is expected to be fully charged in 52 minutes with 33W wired charging.
