Realme 8 measures as 160.6 x 73.9 x 8 mm that weighs 177 grams. The phone is built with back and frame of plastic and its front of glass. It supports dual Nano-SIM.

Xiaomi 11i has AMOLED technology for display with refreshing rate of 120 Hz and brightness ranging from 700 nits to 1200 nits. The display size is 6.67 inches with 86.1% screen-to-body ratio. The resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels.

Realme 8 uses super AMOLED technology for display with brightness of 1000 nits. The display size is 6.4 inches with screen-to-body ratio of 83.3%. The resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels.

Xiaomi 11i has operating system Android 11, which can be upgradable to Android 12. The chipset is Mediatek Dimensity 920 and CPU is octa-core (2×2.5 GHz).

Realme 8 has Android 11 operating system. The chipset is Mediatek Helio G95 and CPU is octa-core (2×2.05 GHz).

Memory

Xiaomi 11i has internal storage of 128 GB with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM. The latter  is also available with 256 GB storage. The phone also allows increasing the storage space with micro SDXC chip.

The video quality is 4K @ 30 fps, 1080p @ 30/60/120 fps. The selfie camera is 16 MP f/2.5 (wide) with HDR and panorama features. The video quality is 1080p @ 30/120 fps.

Battery

Xiaomi 11i has lithium polymer battery of 5160 mAh. The non-removable battery is expected to be 50% charged in 13 minutes with 67W wired charging.

Realme 8 has lithium polymer battery of 5000 mAh. The non-removable battery is expected to be 50% charged in 26 minutes and fully charged in 65 minutes with 30W wired charging.
