Samsung Galaxy A13 has internal storage of 32 GB with 3 GB and 4 GB RAM, 64 GB with 4 GB RAM, 128 GB with 4 GB and 6 GB RAM. The phone allows increasing the storage as it comes with dedicated slot for micro SDXC chip.
