Samsung Galaxy A03 has dimensions of 164.2 x 75.9 x 9.1 mm with weight of 196 grams. The phone is built with glass front and its back and frame made of plastic. It supports single Nano-SIM and dual Nano-SIM.

Vivo Y15s have IPS LCD technology for the display of 6.51 inches with screen-to-body ratio of 83%. The resolution is 720 x 1600 pixels.
Samsung Galaxy A03 uses PLS LCD technology for its display of 6.5 inches with 81.8% screen-to-body ratio. The resolution is 720 x 1600 pixels.

Vivo Y15s supports Android 11 operating system. It has Mediatek MT6765 chipset and CPU of octa-core (4×2.3 GHz).
Samsung Galaxy A03 has operating system of Android 11, which can be upgraded to Android 13. It has chipset of Unisoc T606 and octa-core CPU of (2×1.6 GHz).

Vivo Y15s has internal storage of 32 GB and 64 GB with 3 GB RAM. The 64 GB internal storage also comes with 4 GB RAM. The phone also allows expanding the storage space as it comes with dedicated slot for micro SDXC.
