After OnePlus Buds Z, OnePlus has launched OnePlus Buds Z2. Along with the wireless design, OnePlus has added Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) along with the support of Dolby Atmos this time, where you can choose between three audio modes: Cinematic Movie, Immersive Music, and Mobile Gaming. However, this feature only works with a OnePlus mobile phone. The buds appear to have a 38 hours battery life.
The buds are launched in two colours– Jet Black and Pearl White. The buds are launched in US and priced at $99. Whereas, it is yet to be launched in UK and India.
OnePlus Z2 have touch sensitive control circular outer panels for different functions. a single tap on either bud handles playback, double tap forwards a track, and also forwards or ends the call. Three taps plays the previous track and three seconds hold on either bud rejects the incoming call. Lastly, press and hold either bud for two seconds to enable ANC mode.
The buds have a pill shaped charging box with a USB-C charging port. OnePlus Z2 seems to be worth the purchase, especially for OnePlus Mobile users.
