Review: All you need to know about Versa 2 by Fitbit

Staying high on the competition among the brands which deal in fitness trackers, Fitbit recently came up with Versa 2 – its latest smartwatch. The watch comes with quite a few interesting features and is now available for pre-ordering at $200 and in-stores from September 15. Though its availability in India is still to be announced, it can be ordered from any e-commerce website functioning in the country such as Amazon and Flipkart. The price will start from INR 20,999. The special edition of Fitbit Versa 2 will be available in India for INR 22,999.

Here is everything you need to know about the new gadget – colour, features, price and more:

Versa 2 is available in three colours – black with a carbon case, stone with a misty grey one, and petal with a copper rose aluminum one. But, the Fitbit Versa 2 Special Edition is only available in two colours – smoke woven with a mist grey aluminum case and navy pink woven with a copper rose aluminum one.

The fitness tracker also not only gives a variety of colours, but also has an interesting feature in it. After you buy the product, you can activate Amazon’s voice assistant Alexa by long-pressing the single side button. However, since the watch does not have a speaker, you won’t hear a voice – the answers will be communicated through texts.

Moreover, to get more benefits with the brand, you can also subscribe to the brand’s premium service, which will offer personalised healthcare guidance by keeping a track of your health and wellness.
There is one feature, with which you are likely to be disappointed. The watch also gives you an access to Spotify, but that cannot be used to download the songs, you can get connect the app with phone and plug into your favourites.

Unlike the earlier version of this gadget, the Versa 2 comes with a personalised ‘sleep score’ for every night. This score will be based on your sleep data.
