The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had been without a shirt sponsor during the ongoing Asia Cup after its agreement with online gaming company Dream11 was cut short.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"837\">Dream11 had signed a <strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"659\">\u20b9358 crore per year deal<\/strong>, but the partnership ended prematurely following the enactment of the <strong data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"780\">Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill<\/strong>, which banned real-money gaming applications in India.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"1164\">The fresh sponsorship deal ensures that the Indian cricket team will once again feature a corporate partner on its jersey, beginning with upcoming international assignments.
