But the county\u2019s chief executive Ashley Giles said the whole team is very upset. \u201cJosh was more than a team-mate. He recently played in a county second team game against Somerset earlier this week. The promising spinner had signed a three-year contract with Worcestershire last year. Everyone loved him. \u201cMore than his spin bowling skills, it was his warmth, kindness, and professionalism that were great. He was a credit to his family and a loved team member.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Professional Cricketers\u2019 Association CEO Paul Lynch was very sad to hear the news. \u201cEveryone at the PCA is heartbroken to hear of Josh\u2019s death. We offer sincere condolences to his family, friends, and teammates,\u201d Lynch said. \u201cJosh had his full career and life ahead. This news is impossible to understand. The PCA and Trust are supporting Josh\u2019s family, teammates, and members affected.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The cricket community is mourning the tragic loss of a promising talent and cherished person.
