The purpose of the workshop is to discuss and plan strategies for covering the upcoming tournament in India in October-November.<\/p>\n<p>However, Pakistan\u2019s media partners, PTV and ARY, did not send their representatives for the event, which is not considered a serious concern as they had also missed the last workshop before the previous World Cup (Cricbuzz).<\/p>\n<section class=\"cb-nws-dtl-itms\">\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"cb-nws-para\">\u201cOnly those that intend to do a lot of unilaterals, etc attend. Star invites all licensees. PTV and ARY didn\u2019t want to attend. They didn\u2019t attend last year in the UK either,\u201d said a source in the know, playing down the absence of Pakistan channels.
