Ravichandran Ashwin of India has risen to the top of the latest MRF Tyres ICC Men\u2019s Test Bowling Rankings, ending James Anderson\u2019s reign at the top.<\/p>\n
After taking six wickets in India\u2019s emphatic victory over Australia in the second Test, Ashwin takes the top spot among bowlers, with Anderson dropping to second after England\u2019s stunning loss to New Zealand in the Wellington Test.<\/p>\n
The 36-year-old Ashwin first claimed the No. 1 Test bowler ranking in 2015, and he has returned to the top spot on several occasions since then.<\/p>\n
In India\u2019s win in Dehli, Ashwin took two big wickets, dismissing Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith in the same over of the first innings before returning to dismiss Alex Carey for a duck.<\/p>\n
