33 year old England all rounder Moeen Ali was tested positive for Covid-19 with mild symptoms while they arrived in Sri Lanka and he was isolated from the rest of the touring party.<\/p>\n
On Saturday he entered the team\u2019s bio-secure bubble after clearing two\u00a0COVID-19\u00a0tests, thus joining his teammates after spending 13 days in quarantine.<\/p>\n
Originally he was expected to spend 10 days in quarantine but due to Sri Lankan government\u2019s reservations over the new UK strain of the deadly virus, they extended 3 more days for him.<\/p>\n
On the Day 3 of ongoing Test, Sam Curran said, \u201cIt\u2019s great to have Mo (Ali) back.\u201d He further added that \u201cWhen we walked into the changing room we saw Mo and there were smiles on everyone\u2019s faces\u201d. Obviously the couple of weeks were really tough for him and one wants to get into the situation.
