India chose to bat first and amassed 228\/5 on the board thanks in large part to Suryakumar\u2019s 45-ball century, which later caused Sri Lanka to falter under the weight of run pressure. The visitors\u2019 attempt to win their first series in India was unsuccessful as they were dismissed for 137 runs inside of 17 overs.<\/p>\n<p>The trophy was given to skipper Hardik, who then handed it to the younger teammates as the \u201cDhoni Legacy of letting the young ones deserve the win\u201d continues. India will be pleased with how things turned out because they had a young team with a young captain.
