On December 30, the wicketkeeper for India, Rishabh Pant, was engaged in a terrible car accident on the Delhi-Dehradun highway. A bus driver and conductor from Haryana Roadways assisted in pulling the Delhi Capitals captain from the burning vehicle, and he was then taken to a nearby hospital. Later, Pant was transferred to Max Hospital in Dehradun for treatment of a torn ligament and other ailments, including burn injuries.<\/p>\n

The Australian cricketer and a former captain of the Australian cricket team David Warner, posted a heartfelt message on his official Instagram account, wishing Pant for a quick recovery. When Warner and Pant performed in the most recent IPL 2022, the Delhi Capital jersey was featured in the uploaded post. The two have been a fantastic duo throughout the series. \u201cGet well soon brother, we all behind you,\u201d read the post\u2019s caption.<\/p>\n
