The 25-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman collided with a divider in his car on Friday morning close to Roorkee after making his last match appearance for India against Bangladesh in the second Test of a two-match series last week in Dhaka.<\/p>\n<p>The cricketer suffered several injuries as a result of the tragic accident, but he is currently receiving treatment at Dehradun\u2019s Max Hospital and is not in danger. According to reports, Pant has two wounds on his forehead, a torn ligament in his right knee, and wounds on his right wrist, ankle, and toe. He reportedly also suffered abrasion wounds to his back, right wrist, and right ankle.<\/p>\n<p>In response to Pant\u2019s accident, legendary Indian all-rounder and former captain Kapil Dev gave him some advice.<\/p>\n<div class=\"_18840\">Speaking to ABP News, Kapil said, \u201cThis is a learning. When I was still an up-and-coming cricketer, I faced a motorcycle accident. From that day onwards, my brother didn\u2019t even let me touch the motorbike. I\u2019m just thankful to god that Rishabh Pant is safe.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"_18840\">\u201cYes, you have a good-looking car with great speeds but you have to be careful. You can easily afford a driver, you don\u2019t have to drive it alone. I understand that one has hobbies or even passion for such things, it\u2019s natural to have it at his age, but you also have responsibilities. Only you can take care of yourself.
