Rajat Patidar reached a personal milestone during a difficult phase for Royal Challengers Bengaluru, becoming one of the fastest Indians to 3000 T20 runs by innings.<\/p>\n

Patidar milestone in tough phase<\/h3>\n

Patidar got to the mark with a controlled innings, scoring 40 off 31 balls while wickets kept falling around him. His effort included two sixes and a couple of boundaries, but the scoring rate dipped as Bengaluru struggled to build partnerships.<\/p>\n

The landmark puts him ahead of Yashasvi Jaiswal in terms of innings taken to reach 3000 T20 runs. It is a notable achievement, especially given his role in the middle order where he often has to balance rebuilding with scoring.<\/p>\n

RCB struggle despite late hits<\/h3>\n

Despite Patidar\u2019s contribution, RCB were under pressure at 139\/7 after 15 overs. Regular wickets halted momentum, with Ravindra Jadeja picking up a key wicket in the middle overs.<\/p>\n

There were brief signs of acceleration towards the end of the 15th over, including back-to-back sixes from Patidar, but the overall position remained challenging. With limited wickets in hand, Bengaluru will need a strong finish in the final overs to push towards a competitive total.<\/p>\n
