For the Ireland series, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/?s=Sunrisers+Hyderabad\">Sunrisers Hyderabad<\/a> (SRH) hitter has got his maiden India call-up.<\/p>\n<p>In IPL 2022, Tripathi was one of the few bright spots in an otherwise bleak season, hitting over 400 runs in 14 games for Sunrisers Hyderabad. But it was the effect he had with those runs, with a strike rate of 158. Tripathi was frequently the driving force behind the SRH innings, prompting calls for him to be drafted into the India team for the next SA series at home. Tripathi did not make the cut since the selectors preferred experienced names.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/?s=Sanju+Samson\">Sanju Samson<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/?s=Suryakumar+Yadav\">Suryakumar Yadav<\/a>, two additional middle-order batsmen, have been recalled, with the latter having recovered from a forearm injury that kept him out of the last rounds of the IPL and India\u2019s upcoming home T20I series against South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>The remainder of the roster is expected, with no other changes from the side that is currently behind South Africa 2-1 in the five-game series after three games. Only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/?s=Rishabh+Pant\">Rishabh Pant<\/a>, who is captaining India in that series, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/?s=Shreyas+Iyer\">Shreyas Iyer<\/a>, who will both be part of India\u2019s Test team in England, are not included. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/?s=Hardik+Pandya\">Hardik Pandya<\/a> has been appointed as the team\u2019s captain, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/?s=Bhuvneshwar+Kumar\">Bhuvneshwar Kumar<\/a> has been named as his assistant.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Deserving call for Sanju Samson and Rahul Tripathi, both have been really consistent in the last 2 seasons in IPL \u2013 work hard in their game, fitness and dominated in different phases as well.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Johns.
