The team\u2019s bowling coach also feels that this innings from Pant can prove to be match-winning and it has brought India back in the game. Paras Mhambrey thinks that was a very good inning by the young lad as he was under so much pressure when he came to the crease to bat.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was a fabulous innings that really got us back in the game. From a personal perspective there is pressure on him (Rishabh Pant), obviously in a couple of innings didn\u2019t get runs but getting runs at a crucial stage for the team, that is important,\u201d said bowling coach Paras Mhambrey to PTI as reported by Times of India.<\/p>\n
Rishabh Pant arrived at the crease when India was 58 for 4 and he made a huge and important 94 runs partnership with skipper Virat Kohli which help India make a comeback in the first session of day 3. Even after Virat got out, he managed his inning very well. The wickets kept falling from the other end, but he stayed and didn\u2019t throw his wicket away. Despite some controversies regarding his selection for the last Test because of his poor shot selection in the Johannesburg one, he played a more mature innings and shut the mouth of so many people with his batting. Despite his wonderful knock, there is a growing possibility that South Africa is going to grab the series as they only need 111 more runs to win and have 8 wickets in their hand.<\/p>\n
