Karachi, Dec 17 (UNI) Former England wicketkeeper-batter Sarah Taylor expressed her wish to pick Pakistan\u2019s gloveman Mohammad Rizwan\u2019s brain on the sport.
\nRizwan has signed with Sussex, a county cricket club for which Taylor plays. The former England star was thrilled on learning that the Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter will join Sussex in April next year.<\/p>\n
\u201cCannot wait to learn from @iMRizwanPak! Awesome signing,\u201d Taylor tweeted.<\/p>\n
The Pakistani wicketkeeper-batter will be available for both the county championship and the T20 Blast, geo.tv reported.<\/p>\n
\u201cSussex Cricket is extremely excited to announce the signing of Pakistani wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan for the majority of the 2022 season,\u201d a statement from the English county read.
\n\u201cMohammad Rizwan will join Sussex following Australia\u2019s tour of Pakistan that concludes in early April. He will then be available in both Championship and T20 cricket until the end of the Vitality Blast in mid-July.\u201d<\/p>\n
In a statement issued by Sussex, Rizwan sounded full of positivity after signing with the club.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am absolutely honoured and excited to be a part of the historic Sussex County Cricket Club for the 2022 season. I have always heard great things about the Sussex community and this family club was always close to my heart,\u201d Rizwan said.<\/p>\n
