The 5-match series in England had a very sad end when the fifth Test match between India and England had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 outbreak. With the report of India\u2019s support staff member tested positive, the result of the series went 2-1 in India\u2019s favour.<\/p>\n

Talking about the reports, it is not certain yet that the cancelled Test match will be from 5-match test series in which India are still ahead 2-1. Where the cancellation of the Test series caused a lot of criticism on both the boards ECB and BCCI, especially a biased approach from BCCI where a tournament like IPL can be Scheduled on one side but not the Test match in such a small period of the gap. India will now tour England in 2022 where they will play 3 T20Is with 3 ODIs, including 1 test match.<\/p>\n
