This resulted in ruling the batsman out of the first Test fixture scheduled against England beginning at Trent Bridge from August 4.<\/p>\n<p>The Indian opener batsman was safe but won\u2019t be able to take part as he indicated \u201csigns of concussion\u201d said a BCCI official.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOpening batsman Mayank Agarwal was hit on the helmet while batting during India\u2019s session at Trent Bridge in Nottingham on Monday. The BCCI Medical Team assessed him, and a concussion test was conducted. A short ball by his teammate Mohammed Siraj during the practice session resulted in the occurrence.<\/p>\n<p>In case Mayank is unable to play after the concussion test indicates so, KL Rahul can be the replacement for him as he has opened the Test matches most of the time.
