Dottin is recovering from an illness and has yet to regain her fitness. Giants paid Rs 60 lakh for Dottin at auction after bidding began at Rs 50 lakh. Kim Garth, an Australian, has been named as her replacement in the squad. At the auction last month, the right-handed batter went unsold.
