England all-rounder Liam Livingstone<\/strong> has found a new home in the IPL after Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH)<\/strong> acquired him for Rs 13 crore<\/strong> in the accelerated round of the IPL 2026 mini-auction<\/strong>. The signing came after Livingstone was initially unsold<\/strong> earlier in the auction, despite entering with a base price of Rs 2 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

From unsold to bidding war<\/h3>\n

Livingstone\u2019s name surprisingly went unpicked in the first round of bidding, as franchises appeared cautious due to recent form and squad balance considerations. However, the dynamic middle-order batter came back into focus during the accelerated round, triggering a late bidding contest between Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Sunrisers Hyderabad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
