He smashed six over boundaries in the sixth over of the first T20I against Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n<p>But the West Indies\u2019 Twitter handle made a huge mistake while uploading the statistics. South African legend Herschelle Gibbs was the first cricketer to achieve the record n international cricket in 2007. In their World Cup match against Netherlands, Gibbs made this historic record. In the same year, in the inaugural Y20 World Cup, India\u2019s Yuvraj Singh smashed England\u2019s Stuart Broad for six sixes. After over a decade Pollard joined the elite panel today.<\/p>\n<p>But in their post, WI stated Gibbs achieved the record in 2017.
