The record will be expanded by one more on Friday after the clash between the two top seeds in the men\u2019s final.<\/p>\n<p>China had lost against Japan on Monday in the mixed doubles final where Jun Mizutani and Mima Ito\u2019s success brought the hosting country their first-ever table tennis crown at the Olympics.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, China seized over the men\u2019s and women\u2019s singles draw on Thursday.
