She led the national camper\u2019s women\u2019s 4x100m relay team to a new meet record on an opening day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The 21-year-old was also a member of the 4x400m mixed relay team that qualified for the Tokyo Olympics based on their performance at the 2019 World Championships in Doha. <span style=\"text-transform: initial\">The Assamese athlete was forced to withdraw from the 100m final and the 4x100m relay final. Hima, who qualified for the women\u2019s 200m final on the fifth and final day of the tournament, ended outside the medal group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will miss my first Olympics due to untimely injury when I was close to achieving the qualification standard in my new events 100m and 200m. <span style=\"text-transform: initial\">I\u2019d like to express my gratitude to my coaches, support staff, and teammates for their unwavering support.
