The 3rd Test between India and England was the game of spinners for both teams but Indian spinners Ravi Ashwin and Axar Patel outplayed the opponents. Jack Leach and Joe Root also dismissed some Indian batsmen in the first inning but went wicketless in the other. India won the match by 10 wickets when Rohit Sharma hit a six to get the lead of 2-1 for India in the series.<\/p>\n
Indian skipper Virat Kohli was very pleased with the victory of the team and was looking so happy during the match and post-match conference. He revealed that he had some conversations with the Indian pacers Jasprit Bumrah and Ishant Sharma who didn\u2019t get enough chance to bowl for the team. The match finished in just 842 balls where India bowled just 79.2 overs during the third Test. The duo Axar and Ashwin alone bowled 67.4 overs whereas Washington Sundar didn\u2019t even get to bowl a single over in the first inning.<\/p>\n
Ishant Sharma, who was playing his 100th Test even complained to Kohli for not getting enough chance to bowl to which Kohli replied, you guys have to blame Axar for this. Patel picked 11 wickets in the match including five-wicket hauls in both innings.<\/p>\n
\u201cWell, Bumrah said that I\u2019m getting workload management while playing the game. Ishi (Ishant Sharma) said, \u2018It\u2019s my 100th game and I\u2019m not getting to bowl!\u2019. I told them that you have to blame this guy (pointing towards Axar Patel). He\u2019s just coming in and bowling in areas that are making life so much more difficult for the batters.\u201d Kohli said when asked how he managed other bowlers during the game.<\/p>\n
Virat Kohli also talked about Washington Sundar who gets to bowl in the second inning of the match and picked the wicket of James Anderson in his 4th ball.<\/p>\n
