Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings played against each other in Chepauk last night and it was a great huge margin victory for the home side. Chennai Super Kings defeated Shubman Gill\u2019s Gujarat Titans by 63 runs to win their second consecutive game of the new season.<\/p>\n
Chennai are now at the top of the points table with 4 points in 2 games. Gujarat Titans on the other hand remain at 2 points and had a huge drop in their net-run rate. Gujarat Titans\u2019 captain Shubman Gill has fined by Rs 12 Lakhs for maintaining slow over rate during this game last night. The match ended late comparing to the usual time and it was because strategically Gujarat Titans were too slow.<\/p>\n
Shubman had to pay the price as he is the captain of the side and he becomes the first captian to be fined in this new season of the IPL. Gill\u2019s men couldn\u2019t stand still against Ruturaj\u2019s kings as they were totally dominant over them be it in bowling or batting aspects.
