You can\u2019t organise entry of spectators at such a short notice,\u201d a senior TNCA official told PTI on conditions of anonymity.<\/p>\n<p>But after the latest guidelines, 50% crowd will be allowed for the second Test. The first one will be played at the empty stadium.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut yes, now with fresh guidelines, there is every possibility that second Test starting from February 14 might have spectators as per notification,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier it was decided that the first two Tests in Chennai would be behind the closed door and crowd would be allowed for the last two Tests at Motera, Ahmedabad.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-transform: initial\">\u201cIt was always clear that spectators will be allowed at Motera.
