Joshi, a former left-arm spinner for India, was a member of the selection committee for senior men until recently. Before serving as the spin-bowling coach of the Punjab team in 2019, Joshi had also served in a similar role with Bangladesh. Additionally, he served as a coach for Ranji teams in Hyderabad, Jammu and Kashmir, and Assam.<\/p>\n<p>Chetan Sharma replaced Joshi as the chief selector of the India team in 2020, but Joshi remained a member of the panel until the new one was announced in January 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Joshi is now a member of the coaching staff led by Trevor Bayliss, who took over for Anil Kumble.
