The intense bidding that continued for nearly two days involved media giants like Viacom18, Sony, Star, and Times Internet, which finally wrapped up on Tuesday after an announcement on the Twitter handle of the league. According to the reports, the amount for the total rights accounted for a whopping amount of Rs. 48,390 crores.
