KXIP had a difficult start to their run chase of 165 runs by losing 3 wickets in the first 6 overs of the powerplay. The \u2018big 3\u2019 in KL Rahul, Mayank Agarwal and Chris Gayle all departed early in a must win match for Punjab. Nicholas Pooran however stole the party and made it his own show in a partnership with Glenn Maxwell scoring 58 runs in just 28 balls smashing 3 huge sixes in the chase. Maxwell scored 32 runs in 24 balls and the chase was finished off by Deepak Hooda and James Neesham.<\/p>\n
