They have not won a single season as of yet. The skipper has given the whole team a strong message on \u201cintensity\u201d during training. He told his team that they can reduce the workload while training but the intensity cannot be compromised.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf we feel like that the workload is being high initially, we can communicate; but I want quality when we do lesser work.
