Kevin Durant of the Nets led the way with 33 points, but Mills made nine of twelve from beyond the arc for his greatest three-point total in the NBA. It\u2019s also a Brooklyn record for three-pointers made by a bench player since Mills\u2019 performance was crucial in the team\u2019s 24-point victory. The 33-year-old made history earlier this month when he became the first NBA player to make his first ten three-pointers of the season.<\/p>\n<p>While the Australian Olympic basketball captain is in fine form, Josh Giddey, another big Aussie, failed to deliver for the Thunder. After being selected with the sixth overall choice in the 2021 NBA Draft, the 19-year-old has had a wonderful start to his NBA career, but he couldn\u2019t match it against the Nets, finishing with six points on ten shots and four turnovers.
