French Tennis player, Harmony Tan was helped out of the court through a wheelchair as she was having calf pain issues during her clash with Ukraine\u2019s Elina Svitolina at the second round of the Australian Open on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Harmony Tan was down by 5-1 in the third round and deciding set before her pain got too much and she was forced to quit. Her opponent Elina Svitolina said that it was a rollercoaster match.<\/p>\n
\u201cOf course, it\u2019s very sad to see her leaving the court in a wheelchair. It\u2019s never good to see a player getting injured,\u201d said Elina to AFP.<\/p>\n
Elina Svitolina, who\u2019s walkover against Harmony by 6-3, 5-7, 5-1, has made her mark to the third round of the tournament. Elina, currently ranked no. 15 is now all set to clash with two-times Australian Open champion, Victoria Azarenka.<\/p>\n
The Belarusian tennis player, Victoria Azarenka reached round three after beating Swiss Jil Teichmann. Elina said that she and Azarenka have played and practised many times, she had also played doubles with her. she believes that it\u2019s important to throw in her best game into the match and will try to work on some strategies with her coach.
