The player had made a comeback after missing several major tournaments this year following an injury but this didn\u2019t go right with the 20 times Grand Slam champion.<\/p>\n<p>After testing negative all the time in Kuwait and at the Abu Dhabi exhibition event, the player confirms his COVID-19 positive result on Twitter. \u201cI wanted to announce that on my return home after playing the Abu Dhabi tournament, I have tested positive for COVID in the PCR test that has been performed on me when I arrived in Spain,\u201d tweeted Nadal about the unfortunate announcement.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">Hola a todos.
