If so, then I shouldn\u2019t be on it,\u201d said Serena Williams speaking to reporters.<\/p>\n<p>Williams played in 2000, 2008, 2012 and 2016 Olympics and won four gold medals with singles and doubles. She had skipped the 2004 Athens Games because of knee surgery.\u00a0 The Olympics are scheduled to be started on July 23. <span style=\"text-transform: initial\">\u201cThere are a lot of reasons I made my Olympics decision. I don\u2019t really want to, I don\u2019t feel like going into them today. Maybe another day. Sorry.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>39-year-old tennis professional told that she will explain her decision of skipping the Tokyo Olympics some another day and not during the pre-Wimbledon video conference.\u00a0<span style=\"text-transform: initial\">When asked, what will it be like to sit out at the Summer Games, she replied: \u201cI have not thought about it. In the past, it\u2019s been a wonderful place for me.
